■ Humanity has demonstrated a penchant for wasting resources. One such resource is wasted is rejected thermal energy, heat. Currently HVAC systems, cooling towers, data centers, buildings of every type, power plants, manufacturing facilities, all waste 50% or more of their purchased electricity or natural gas – as heat (hence insulation, radiant barriers, etc).

■ How “Greenification” of coal looks like? Would that give us a chance to extend the life cycles of our coal fired power plants? Our answer is YES, and our solution is the Enzymatic Treatment of Coal. We all need to remember that current world energy reserve look dire, with 50 years for crude oil and 60 years for natural gas, but as much as 400 years for coal. Coal is/will be is our most important long-term energy source. Current coal problem are high ash and sulfur content, the large amount of SOx and NOx emissions from combustion are easily absorbed by rain, forming acid rain and environmental hormones and polluting the environment; this always had been considered the major sources of pollutants in the atmosphere/environment with the coal-fired power plants, cogeneration, and various industrial boilers, furnaces, etc. as major contributors to the problem (coal gets blamed for up to 80% of air pollution).
■ Our simple and elegant solution is to improve coal combustion efficiency and reduce the emission of pollutants. We use an ultra-nano enzyme product for coal with long-lasting performance, non-toxic, and environmental friendly. Just dilute it with water and spray, the coal will be ready for burning after 72 hours of catalyzation.
■ Process: it improves simultaneous combustion of coal and the oxygen content in coal, achieving complete combustion at low oxygen with lower “outside” supply air rate.
■ The How: will greatly reduce furnace slagging, which results in better heat exchange efficiency and sulfur fixation in furnace. It reduces the heat loss in the coal heating system and improves the overall utilization of heat energy. It significantly reduces the coal used (up to 25%), Sox & NOx (by up to 45%), CO2 & heavy metals emissions (by up to 70%), and the exhaust of hot air & ash.
■ This unique system completely reinvents solar energy and impresses with its unprecedented compactness and multifunctionality. It is, therefore, not just the missing element in the energy transition but a sustainable investment with ethically clean returns for institutional and private investors.
■ Thanks to the patented storage system, the energy can then be stored with almost no loss for many months. The system can provide large amounts of energy 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The produced thermal energy can be used as electric power or for district heating (e.g. hot water) or cooling (e.g. cold stores), for desalination of seawater, or multiple other purposes.
■ As an example, one of our projects is fully supported by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral in Iraq. In the first phase, we will set up manufacturing/fabrication facilities in Baghdad. In the second phase we will start fabrication and installation of solar farms in Iraq. We are aiming for 3000MWh of production in the first 3 years, with delivering of over 10 GWh of power in the first 10 years.
■ We are currently in the final stages of planning and raising capital for our Electrical Vehicles manufacturing plant to be set up in Baghdad – Iraq. The Electrical Vehicle (EV) plant will be the first of its kind in the Middle East and will focus on the production of 3 types of Electrical Vehicles: a small town car, a sedan and a pickup truck.
■ All cars will be fully designed, manufactured and deliver locally in Iraq and other territories in the Middle East.
■ Our team here at APEX is finalizing the feasibility studies for the installation of a new High Power transportation Lines and Towers in the south of Iraq.
■ The project which is part of a new infrastructure project and upgrade of old power relay stations, will ensure the Iraq Government commitment to a modern Iraq, with renewed capabilities for new industrial projects and developments, grid stability, reliance, modernization and economical improvements to communities.
